Practice Manager
Bernadette is responsible for the day to day smooth running of the practice. She manages all our reception and administrative staff. She also liaises with NHS Rotherham (formerly Rotherham Primary Care Trust), with whom we are contracted to provide services. If you have any suggestions or complaints regarding the service that you have received, Bernadette should be your first contact. She is responsible to the partnership who have the ultimate responsibility of running the practice.

Community Nurses

District Nurses can be contacted routinely via the surgery. In an emergency or out of hours a message can be left with the ambulance service control room (01924 889834). Once the message has been passed to the District Nurses, the duty nurse will make contact with you.

Health Visitors

Rotherham's Health Visitor service is organised in geographical areas, rather than by attachment to specific GP practices, so your allocated Health Visitor will vary depending upon where you live. The Health Visitors working with the practice can be contacted on 01709 336406.

The Health Visitors and Nursery Nurses are at the surgery every Tuesday during the Baby Clinic, and also run their own 'Baby Clinic' at the Ferham Centre every Thursday, between 2pm and 3pm. They offer advice and support for parents with children aged 0 to 5 years and will weigh and measure your child.
